11 Comforting Instant Pot Soups to Warm You Up

The Instant Pot is one of my favorite kitchen tools, and lately I’ve heard from many people who recently bought one and want recipe ideas. It has changed the way I cook, especially living full-time on a sailboat where kitchen space is extremely limited.

A countertop pressure cooker saves space and cuts down cooking time — perfect for a tiny galley. That’s why I love these easy Instant Pot soup recipes: they deliver big flavor with much less hands-on time. You get a comforting, delicious soup without spending hours in the kitchen.

Soup is one of my go-to meals when the weather turns chilly, but I also enjoy making soups because they store so well. You can reheat them for quick lunches or dinners during the week, and most freeze nicely for future meals.
